AMAZD offers various flow options to fit your needs perfectly and offer a unique experience on your website.

Let's start with the customization of the software to your needs. In the following code snippet you can change all parameter you need to change in order to adjust the software to your needs.

<script>
window.amazdSettings = {
"company" : " company-id",
"expert" : "expert-id",

"showDeflectionScreen": true,
"showExpertSelectScreen": true,
"showExpertProfileScreen": true,
"showSchedulingScreen": true,
"showExpertSchedulingScreen": true,
"tags" : "munich, berlin, london, ..."

};

(function (d, s) { var e = d.createElement(s), t = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; e.async = true; e.src = 'https://widget.amazd.co/widget.js'; t.parentNode.insertBefore(e, t);})(document, 'script');
</script>

Selection flow

This is the our standard flow for the instant connection to your customers. It allows you to deflect customer support requests to your existing processes and filter valuable leads to your sales experts. Your customer can choose their experts from a list and get a better overview with the expert profile. Subsequently, the customer receive access to the channel and can send messages and schedule calls.

Selection flow including the deflection screen:

<script>
window.amazdSettings = {
"company" : " company-id",
"showDeflectionScreen": true,
"showExpertSelectScreen": true,
"showExpertProfileScreen": true

};

(function (d, s) { var e = d.createElement(s), t = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; e.async = true; e.src = 'https://widget.amazd.co/widget.js'; t.parentNode.insertBefore(e, t);})(document, 'script');
</script>

Expert flow

In this, like in any other flow, the deflection of customers is optional. Here you can skip the expert selection list and match your customer to the perfect experts straightaway. The choice of the expert here is dependent on various factors:

  1. The experts availability
  2. The expert allocation via tags
  3. The experts spoken languages

With the eligible group of experts the choice is normally distributed and the allocation changes on a regular basis.

Expert flow including the deflection screen:

<script>
window.amazdSettings = {
"company" : " company-id",
"showDeflectionScreen": true,
"showExpertSelectScreen": false,
"showExpertProfileScreen": true

};

(function (d, s) { var e = d.createElement(s), t = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; e.async = true; e.src = 'https://widget.amazd.co/widget.js'; t.parentNode.insertBefore(e, t);})(document, 'script');
</script>

Team flow

Sometimes companies want to display team accounts rather than individual profiles. This might be interesting in case you have different stores or departments that have one account each.

Team flow including the deflection screen:

<script>
window.amazdSettings = {
"company" : " company-id",
"showDeflectionScreen": true,
"showExpertSelectScreen": true,
"showExpertProfileScreen": false

};

(function (d, s) { var e = d.createElement(s), t = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; e.async = true; e.src = 'https://widget.amazd.co/widget.js'; t.parentNode.insertBefore(e, t);})(document, 'script');
</script>

Company scheduling flow

Next to the aforementioned, instant flows, with AMAZD you can also manage the video consultations with our scheduled inflows. Here you can offer all availabilities among all your experts within your company. A customer will get allocated to a certain time slot and automatically be assigned to one of the available experts.

Company scheduling flow including the deflection screen:

<script>
window.amazdSettings = {
"company" : " company-id",
"showDeflectionScreen": true,
"showSchedulingScreen": true,
"showExpertSchedulingScreen": false

};

(function (d, s) { var e = d.createElement(s), t = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; e.async = true; e.src = 'https://widget.amazd.co/widget.js'; t.parentNode.insertBefore(e, t);})(document, 'script');
</script>

Expert scheduling flow

In case you want to match your customers to specific experts (or also a group of experts), you can also access the specific calendars and match your customer to the requested expert.

Expert scheduling flow including the deflection screen:

<script>
window.amazdSettings = {
"company" : " company-id",
"showDeflectionScreen": true,
"showSchedulingScreen": false,
"showExpertSchedulingScreen": true

};

(function (d, s) { var e = d.createElement(s), t = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; e.async = true; e.src = 'https://widget.amazd.co/widget.js'; t.parentNode.insertBefore(e, t);})(document, 'script');
</script>

Expert Tagging

Any tags can be set to play out specific expert selection lists

Example: The kind of tags and how to divide the team
  • With the help of tags, experts can be assigned to predefined groups (teams) (e.g. Munich, Berlin, ... or Support, Sales, Marketing)
  • By means of these tags the expert selection list or the displayed expert can be specifically preselected (as widget parameter or URL parameter)
  • For example, it is possible to display a specific expert selection list depending on the product category - the customer only sees the preselected experts for the respective category
  • Experts can have multiple tags and thus appear in different expert selection lists
  • Teams can be displayed simulatenously within one selection list
Example tags description
departments: sales, customer support, external experts
teams: team-1, team-2, team-3, ...
geography: de, at, us, uk, ...
stores: berlin, munich, london, ...
categories: skiing, snowboarding, surfing, mountain-biking, ...
Integrate tags into the code

The integration of the tags into the code is simply done as explained above. You can add as many tags as you like. If you add multiple tags to a code, the teams per tag will be displayed simultaneously. Tags should be comma-separated or can be just one tag.

Example flow with a subset of your team according to store locations "munich":

<script>
window.amazdSettings = {
"company" : " company-id",
"showDeflectionScreen": true,
"showExpertSelectScreen": true,
"showExpertProfileScreen": true,
"tags" : "munich"
};

(function (d, s) { var e = d.createElement(s), t = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; e.async = true; e.src = 'https://widget.amazd.co/widget.js'; t.parentNode.insertBefore(e, t);})(document, 'script');
</script>

Hide the widget

Sometimes it is necessary to hide the widget on your website, yet, be able to communicate with the customers on the dedicated website. Generally, we recommend adding the hidden widget to all pages, in case the customer switches sites during a conversation. This can be done with our hide parameter.

"hide": true, //default is false

The code snippet for the hidden widget looks as follows:

<script>
window.amazdSettings = {
"company" : " company-id",
"hide": true, //default is false
};

(function (d, s) { var e = d.createElement(s), t = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; e.async = true; e.src = 'https://widget.amazd.co/widget.js'; t.parentNode.insertBefore(e, t);})(document, 'script');
</script>
