For better clarity, inactive chats can be archived. As soon as the customer or expert resumes the chat, it is displayed again under "Active".

Smartphone App:
  1. Open the inactive chat
  2. Click on the three vertical “Dots ⋮” in the top right corner
  3. Click on ”Archive”

Web Version:
  1. Open the inactive chat
  2. Click on the three horizontal “Dots ...” on the chosen chat
  3. Click on “Archive”
