In order to guide the customer through the widget, it is important to understand all of its functionalities.

1. For shopping advice the customer clicks on "Talk to experts" for customer support questions simply click on "Get help" and be redirected to your dedicated support page. Should the customer already have a conversation open with an expert, they can click on "I already have a conversation", available in the bottom of the widget
2. When asking for shopping advice, your customer will be presented with an expert selection list, where the customer can choose an expert based on their information.
3. After selecting their expert of choice, they can connect with the expert. All that is required for this step is a quick login with their existing socials or eMail address

4. In the widget the customer has the opportunity to chat, call or even continue the conversation via the AMAZD app for mobile convenience
