The notifications are extremely important so that experts are quickly alerted to customer requests and can respond accordingly. AMAZD sends notifications via push-notifications to your smartphone, your smartwatches, the web app and to your company email address.

  1. Click on “Notifications” in the menu bar in the lower right corner
  2. Tap on the notification to be directed to the chat and continue the conversation
  3. View messages in chronological order and respond to customers as soon as possible
