As a manager you have the possibility to overlook the calls from your experts and customers. For this simply click on the "Calls" tab in the header of the web version. There you can see the upcoming seven days and the scheduled calls with your team. In case there is a call scheduled with you this view can also be used to jump into the conversation where the call is taking place.

Your team receives reminder via push notification and e-mail if it is their turn to join the call.
